The Scenar

The Scenar (Self-Controlled Energo-Neuro Adaptive Regulator) is a therapeutic technology that was developed in the Soviet Union by Professor Alexander Karasev.The Scenar delivers pulsed electrical impulses that mimic the body's own natural electromagnetic emissions. It detects any abnormality and automatically adjusts its own output to correct any abnormalities.
